This department received a complaint regarding a dangerous structure on your property
located at 7 May street. During the inspection I observed the structure being a hazard and
not being maintained. This is a state Building Code violation 780 CMR section 102.8. You are
directed to contact our office within 10 days of receipt of this letter to discuss a resolution to the
code violation.
If you feel aggrieved by this order, your appeal is to the Board Of Buildings, Regulations
and Standards in Boston.
