Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Salem, as follows:

Section 7-8. Accessory buildings and structures by adding the following:
(4) Accessory Structures and garages will not exceed one
and half (1 '/z) stories or eighteen (18) feet.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect as provided by City Charter
