Dear George:
On May 5, 1988, the Planning Board approved a twelve (12) lot subdivision at
the terminus of Station Road.
A condition of that approval was the review and approval of the City
Engineer of the utility plans for the subdivision. The Board had specific concerns
about the sewer system and what improvements would be required to make certain
that it functioned effectively.
