The Salem Planning Board voted on June 2, 2005 to endorse "Approval Under Subdivision
Control Law Not Required" on the following described plan:
1. Applicant: Foster Court Condominium LLC, 26,Ray Avenue, Burlington, MA 01803
2. Location: These parcels are located between Foster Court and Lovett Street, Assessors
Map 17, and Parcels 47, 61, and 59.
3. Project Description: This Form A subdivides the existing lot C2 into two new non-
buildable lots P (635 s.f.) and G (882 s.f.). This Form A subdivides Lot 2 into two new
lots 2A(14,653 s.f.) and 2B (349 s.f.). Non-buildable Lots G and 2B are to be combined
with the Land of Stankus to form one lot. Lot X (349 s.f.) and Lot 2A are to be combined
to form one lot of 15,002 square feet. Lot P is to be combined with the land of St. Pierre
to form one lot.
