The Salem Planning Board voted on June 20, 2002 to endorse "Approval Under Subdivision
Control Law Not Required" on the following described plan:
1. Applicant: Ruggles-Klingmann Company, 78 Water Street., Beverly, MA 01915
2. Location: These parcels are located between Foster Court, Balcomb Street and Lovett
Street, Assessors Map 17, and Parcels 47, 57,58, 60, 61, 293, and 323.
3. Project Description: This Form A removes a parcel described on the plan as Lot x from
Lot 2 and replaces it with a parcel that formally belonged to Lot C2. Additionally, the
rear lot line of Lot 1 has been moved in a southernly direction.
