Based on our site inspection and as-built field survey, it is our opinion that the work has been completed in substantial compliance with the approved plans prepared by Griffin Engineering. We note the following: 1) A 2-ft tall landscape wall and a wooden guard rail were installed along the rear property line adjacent to the bank parking lot. These replaced a dilapidated 6-ft stockade fence that existed prior to construction. 2) Essentially all of the approved shrubs and perennials were planted. Due to space limitations, the landscaper installed six fewer shrubs and 13 fewer perennials as compared to the approved planting schedule (82 vs. 88 shrubs; 408 vs. 421 perennials). The site appears to be appropriately covered. 3) As approved by the Planning Board in October 2017, trees will be planted in Spring 2018.
