A certain parcel of registered land, together with the bUldings thereon, being bounded
and described as follows:
EASTERLY by Marlborough Street, fifty-five (55) feet;
SOUTHERLY by lot 17, as shown on plan hereinafter mentioned, ninety-nine
and 96/100 (99.96) feet;
WESTERLY by lot 18, as shown on said plan, fifty-five (55) feet; and
NORTHERLY by lot 15, as shown on said plan, one hundred two and 31/100
(102.31) feet.
All of said boundaries are determined by the Court to be located as shown upon plan
numbered 11802-B, drawn by Thomas A. Appleton, Civil Engineer, dated April 12, 1928,
as modified and approved by the Court, filed in the Land Registration Office, a copy
of a portion of which is filed with Certificate of Title No. 7179 in said Registry,
and the above described land is shown as lot No. 16, sheet 1 , on last mentioned
plan. ,
There is appurtenant to the above described land the right to use the well on lot 18,
shown on said plan, as described in agreement dated December 5, 1928, and filed
as Document No. 19984 in said Registry.-
For my title see Book 163, and Certificatb Number 36997 in said Registry.
Consideration for this transfer is nominal and no revenue stamps are required.
