At its meeting on December 1, 2016 the Planning Board voted to recommend approval of amending
the City of Salem Zoning Map by adding Paradise Road as a designated corridor with the Entrance
Corridor Overlay District.
The Planning Board voted, eight (8) in favor (Ben Anderson, Matt Veno, Dale Yale Kirt Rieder,
Carole Hamilton, Tony Mataragas, Bill Griset and Noah Koretz) and none opposed, to recommend
the proposed zoning amendment with the above listed findings.
