PARADISE ROAD - PB REC TO CC AMMENDING ECOD ZONING MAP Planning Board Report to Council Regarding Zoning Map Amendment - - I pu�ad► U t'O ECOD =� CITY OF SALEM PLANNING BOARD s Report to City Council CITY CLEFI SALEM, MASS., December 12,2016 At its meeting on December 1, 2016 the Planning Board voted to recommend approval of amending the City of Salem Zoning Map by adding Paradise Road as a designated corridor with the Entrance Corridor Overlay District. The Planning Board voted, eight (8) in favor (Ben Anderson, Matt Veno, Dale Yale Kirt Rieder, Carole Hamilton, Tony Mataragas, Bill Griset and Noah Koretz) and none opposed, to recommend the proposed zoning amendment with the above listed findings.
