A Public Hearing on this petition was opened on February 18, 2016 and closed on that date with the
following Board Members present Ben Anderson, Carole Hamilton, Noah Koretz, Bill Griset, Dale
Yale,Kirt Rieder, and Helen Sides.
HENRIE REALTY TRUST requests a waiver from frontage requirements of the Subdivision
Regulations and under MGL Chapter 41, Section 81R, to allow less rather than the required 100 feet
of frontage.
The Planning Board voted by a vote of seven (7) in favor (Ben Anderson, Carole Hamilton, Noah
Koretz, Bill Griset, Dale Yale, Kirt Rieder, and Helen Sides), and none opposed to grant the waiver
from frontage requirements for 186-190 Marlborough Road.
The Waiver from Frontage is granted for the property located at 186-190 Marlborough Road
because there are 3 existing homes on this property, as shown on the plans titled, "Plan of Land
