1974-09-12 MORTGAGEE' S SALE OF PEAL ESTATE
By virtue and in execution of the power of sale contained in a
certain mortgage given by Dana B. Lee , of Beverly, County of Essex;
Commonwealth of Massachusetts, to the Beverly Savings Bank, a banking
corporation duly established under the laws of said Commonwealth
and having its usual place of business in said Beverly, dated April 26 ,
1974 and recorded with Essex South District Registry of Deeds in
Book 6061, Page 340 and recorded anew in Book 6098 , Page 310 on
September 12, 1974, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present
holder, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose
of foreclosing the same will be sold at PUBLIC AUCTION, upon the
premises hereinafter described on Wednesday, the eleventh day of
August, 1976 at 2 :30 o' clock P.M. , E.D. S.T. , all and singular the
premises conveyed by said mortgage and described therein as follows :
. . the land, together with the buildings thereon, situated on
11 Pearl Street, in said Salem, in said County, bounded and described
as follows:
NORTHWESTERLY by land now or formerly of Chute, sixty-six and eighty-five
hundreths (66. 85) feet;
NORTHEASTERLY by land of Joseph and Caterina Porcello, fifteen and
five tenths (15. 5) feet;
NORTHWESTERLY three and thirty-fivq hundredths (3. 35) feet;
NORTHEASTERLY twenty-two and one tenth (22. 1) feet by said land of
Joseph and Caterina Porcello;
SOUTHEASTERLY by said land of Joseph and Caterina Porcello, sixty-nine • .
and five tenths (69 . 5) feet to said Pearl Street; and
SOUTHWESTERLY by said Pearl Street' thircy-seven (37) feet to the point
of beginning.
All distances above mentioned being more or less.
Being the same premises conveyed to me by deed of Raymond A. Freeman
et ux dated December 18, 1973 and .recorded with Essex South District
Registry of Deeds in Book 6035, Page 464 .
Said premises are conveyed subject to easement recorded with said
Registry in Book 4234, Page 415.
This mortgage is recorded anew to change and correct the location of said
premises as stated in line seven (7) above from 'Beverly' to ' Salem. "'
TERMS OF SALE. Said premises will be sold subject to al-1. unpaid taxes ,
tax titles, assessments or other municipal liens, if any there be.
Two Thousand ($2, 000. 00) Dollars in cash will be required to be paid
by the purchaser at the time and place of the sale and the balance in
ten (10) days from the date of sale, on tender of good and sufficient
deed at said Registry. Other terms to be announced at the sale.
