A certain parcel of land with the building thereon situate in
Salem in the County of Essex and said Commonwealth, on Baker's Island
in Salem Harbor, and bounded:
Northeasterly on land now or formerly of M. V. B. Morse by
a stone wall one hundred and four (104) feet; Southeasterly on land now or
formerly of Nathan R. Morse seventy-eight (78) feet; Southerly on Eastern
Avenue one hundred and twenty (120) feet; and Northwesterly on land now or
late of Harriet A. Osgood one hundred and twenty-five (1Z5) feet.
Containing about nine thousand nine hundred (9, 900) square feet
and being the same premises conveyed to Fanny L. Wells by Lucia M.
Woodworth by deed dated May 8, 1914, recorded with Essex South District
Deeds.
The said premises are conveyed subject to all restrictions and
stipulations and agreements of record insofar as now in force and applicable
and are supposed to comprise the lots shown and marked Z4 and Z6 on a plan
dated October 1893, recorded in said Essex South District Deeds, in Book 1686
page 600. The said premises are conveyed with such rights of way as are
appurtenant to the granted premises.
For my title see deed of Ralph G. Wells and Fanny L. Wells
dated November 17, 1954, recorded with said Deeds, Book 4131, Page 86.
