V. B. Morse by a stone wall one hundred and four (104) feet; Southeasterly on land now or formerly of Nathan R. Morse seventy-eight (78) feet; Southerly on Eastern Avenue one hundred and twenty (120) feet; and Northwesterly on land now or late of Harriet A. Osgood one hundred and twenty-five (1Z5) feet. Containing about nine thousand nine hundred (9, 900) square feet and being the same premises conveyed to Fanny L. Wells by Lucia M. Woodworth by deed dated May 8, 1914, recorded with Essex South District Deeds.
