On January 17, 2013, the Salem Planning Board voted 5-0 (Charles Puleo, Helen Sides,Randy Clarke,
Tim Ready, and Mark George) to endorse "Approval under Subdivision Control Law Not Required"
on the following described plan:
1. Applicant: Glover Estates,LLC
2. Location: 485 Lafayette Streets (Salem Assessor's Map 31,Lot 237 and Marblehead
Assessor's Map 55,Lots 1 & 3)
3. Project Description: The applicant requests to subdivide the property at 482 Lafayette
Street (former Chadwick Lead Mill property), creating parcels 1 and 3 entirely within the
City of Salem, and parcels 2 and 4 entirely within the Town of Marblehead,as shown on
the plan titled, "Plan of Land in Marblehead and Salem, MA," dated November 8,2012,
prepared by Donohoe and Parkhurst, Inc. Parcels 1 and 3 are not to be considered
buildable lots in Salem and parcels 2 and 4 are not to be considered buildable lots in
Marblehead.
