3. Project Description: This Form A divides Parcel 2 (an existing non buildable lot) into

Parcel 2B, owned by R.T.D. Nominee Realty Trust, is to be conveyed to the abutting land
of Olive Realty Trust (Lot 113) as noted on the plan.
