Will hold a public hearing for the petition of ADAM SCHOENHARDT at 2-4 FORRESTER STREE'�'
(Map 35,Lot 0446;Map 35,Lot 0430) (R2 Zoning District) for a Variance per Section 3.2.4 Accessory Structures
and a Special Permit per Section 3.3.3 Nonconforming Structures of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to construct two
seventy-eight-square-foot (78 sq ft) sheds and a second-story addition on a nonconforming three-family
house.The Variance would allow both sheds to be three feet(3� from the rear property line,a west shed
seven feet(T) from the nearest structure,and an east shed zero feet (0D from the side property line. The
petition was readvertised to state part of the east shed would be on the property addressed as 52 Essex Street.
The Board will hold the public hearing remotely on Wednesday,December 17,2025,at 6:30 PM.The agenda
and meeting link will be posted to the City Calendar and online at Salemma.gov,87T Zoning-Board-Of-
Appeals by December 12,2025.The City is authorized to conduct remote meetings of its public bodies
through special acts of the Massachusetts State Legislature.
