Will hold a public hearing for the petition of ADAM SCHOENHARDT at 2-4 FORRESTER STREET
(Map 35,Lot 0446) (R2 Zoning District;Coastal Resiliency Overlay District) for a Variance per Section 3.2.4
Accessory Structures and a Special Permit per Section 3.3.3 Nonconforming Structures of the Salem Zoning Ordinance
to construct a second-story addition on a nonconforming three-family house and two(2) seventy-eight-
square-foot(78 sq ft) sheds.The Variance would allow both sheds to be three feet(3D from the rear property
line,with the west shed seven feet(T) from the nearest structure and the east shed zero feet(0) from the side
property line.
The Board will hold the public hearing remotely on Wednesday,November 19,2025,at 6:30 PM.The agenda
and meeting link will be posted to the City Calendar and online at Saleiiii-i-ia.go-,,/877/Zonin�-Bo-,trd-Of-
-Appeala by November 14,2025.The City is authorized to conduct remote meetings of its public bodies
through special acts of the Massachusetts State Legislature.
