Re: Terrace at 2-4 Forrester Street

This memo notes that the Department of Inspectional Services has requested that pictures of the
terrace, both before and after construction, be submitted to the Zoning Board of Appeals for
review. The pictures, sourced from Nearmap, show that the terrace was not present on April 14,
2025 (see picture 1), and constructed by September 28, 2025 (see picture 2). The Department of
Inspectional Services is reviewing whether this construction requires City approval.
