2-4 Forrester Street Board Request for Information W Outlook 2-4 Forrester Street Abutter's Notice for December 17 From Brennan Postich <bpostich@Salem.com> Date Thu 11/20/2025 7:59 AM To Adam Schoenhardt <inadamsgarden@comcast.net> D 1 attachment(67 KB) 52 Essex Street Plot Plan - Filed April 26, 1951.pdf, Good Morning Adam, thank you for your patience as the Board reviewed your proposal yesterday. The Board decided that readvertisement would be the best choice moving forwards with this petition. For your reference, I reviewed the City's files and found a plot plan dated April 26, 1951. The plot plan shows a dotted line that seems to be (but is not noted as) 6 Forrester Street. The Board requested the following item for the next meeting: 1. Evidence of site control to construct the eastern shed at its location shown on the plot plan. I will create a new abutter's notice including 52 Essex Street (Map 35, Lot 0430) because I cannot select 6 Forrester Street individually on the City's Public Notice portal. Please let me know whether you consent to readvertisement and payment of the salem news fee for the readvertisement. Thank you, Brennan Postich (he/him/his) I Planner-Zoning Board of Appeals City of Salem I Department of Planning & Community Development 98 Washington Street, 2nd Floor I Salem, MA 01970 (978) 619-5685 ext. 42515 1 bpostich@salem.com M -Tu: 7:30am-3:30pm W: 7:30am-3:30pm (6:00pm Week of ZBA) Th: 7:30am-3:30pm (6:00pm Week of ZBA) F: 7:30am- 12:30pm (OFF Week of ZBA) WARNING: Fraud Alert Regarding Fake Application Fee Requests The City of Salem has been made aware of a fraudulent scheme targeting applicants with fake requests for application fee payments.
