The Salem Planning Board voted on January 15, 2004 to endorse "Approval Under Subdivision
Control Law Not Required" on the following described plan:
1. Applicant: City of Salem, 93 Washington Street, Salem, MA 01970
2. Location: The parcel is located at 136 Highland Avenue, assessors map 14, parcel 242.
3. Project Description: This Form A subdivides the existing lot into three new lots A, B,
and C. The existing lot has a total area of 8,778 square feet, and it will be divided into lot
242A with a total area of 4,557 square feet, lot 242B with a total area of 3,167 square
feet, and lot 242C with a total area of 1,054 square feet. All of the three new lots are not
buildable lots.
