Clayman & Sons 63 Grove Street Salem , Massachusetts 01970 On Thursday, June 17 , 1982 , the Planning Board of the City of Salem held a public hearing regarding the application of H & G Realty , c/o P. Clayman & Sons , for a Special Permit under Section P, Wetlands and Flood Hazard Districts , of the 'Salem Zoning Ordinance, with respect to the construction of an elevator outside the existing structure at 28 Goodhue Street, Salem , Massachusetts . At a regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Board on June 17 , 1982 , the Board voted, by a vote of six in favor, none opposed, to approve the application as complying with the requirements for the issuance of the permit with the following conditions: 1. That all work shall be done in accordance with plan entitled "Plan of Land in Salem, Mass " dated April 29, 1982 , and prepared h17 Hayes Engineering, Inc . , Melrose , Massachusetts . 2. That all work shall be done with the approval of the City Engineer. 3 . This order does not grant any property right, or any -xclusive privileges; it does not authorize any injury to private/public property or any invasion of public/private rights. I hereby certify that a copy of this decision has been filed with the City Clerk , and a copy is on file with the Planning Board. This Special Permit shall not take effect until a copy of the decision bearing the certification of the City Clerk that twenty days have elapsed and no appeal has been filed or that if such appeal has been filed , and it has been dismissed or denied, is recorded in the Essex County Registry of Deeds and is indexed in the grantor index under the name of the owner of record or is recorded and noted on the owner's certificate of title. The fee for recording or registering shall be paid by the owner or applicant. WALTER B.
