Project Description: The applicant requests to subdivide the property at 18 Felt Street, creating
parcels A and B as shown on the plans titled, "Plan of Land, 18 Felt Street, Salem, Property of
Icecat,LLC," dated June 18, 2012, prepared by North Shore Survey Corporation. Parcels A and B
are not to be considered buildable lots and are to be combined with abutting parcels (parcel A with
36 Felt Street, Map 27, Lot 608, and parcel B with the remainder of 18 Felt Street).
