The Salem Planning Board voted on June 17, 2004 to endorse "Approval Under Subdivision
Control Law Not Required" on the following described plan:
1. Applicant: William J. Creedon and Virginia M. Manning, 430-436 Essex Street, Salem,
MA 01970
2. Location: These parcels are located at 430-436 Essex Street, assessors map 25, parcel 30.
3. Project Description: This Form A subdivides the existing lot into two new lots Al and
A2. Each lot has a primary structure, which existed prior to the adoption of the
Subdivision Control Law. Lot Al has a total area of 16,077 square feet with 86.11 feet of
frontage along Essex Street. Lot 14B has a total area of 8,351 square feet with 123.8 feet
of frontage along Essex Street.
