An (Orbinanre amend an Ordinance and map relative to Zoning
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Salem, as follows:
Jarman I. In accordance with the requirements of Massachusetts General Laws,
Chapter 40A, Section 5, that the Industrial District be rezoned to a Residence-1 (R-1)
District to include the following real property on Clark Avenue, as shown on the City of
Salem Assessor's Map 6.

At the June 21, 2007 Salem Planning Board Meeting, the Planning Board voted six (B in
favor (Puleo, Power, Collins, Moustakis, Lombardini, Kavanaugh) one (1) opposed
(Sullivan) to recommend approval for a Zoning Ordinance Amendment to rezone eight (8)
parcels on Clark Avenue (Map 6, Parcels 0010, 0019, 0004, 0006, 0015, 0017, 0009, 0008)
from Industrial to Residential (R1).
