Description of Approval of Work:
▪ Replace existing 6’ tall solid board fence on rear (north) property boundary with all cedar fence (see
attached property image);
▪ Construct new fencing along east property boundary with the following conditions:
▪ Fence to be in cedar, both panels and posts.
▪ Fence to remain unpainted;
▪ Fence to have the least number of stepped transitions possible to accommodate grade change; and
▪ Fence to have continuous top rail over both fence panel and posts at each fence section with no post
caps (see attached image examples).

The homeowner has the option not to commence the work (unless it relates to resolving an outstanding
violation). All work commenced must be completed within one year from this date unless otherwise
indicated.
THIS IS NOT A BUILDING PERMIT. All applicable building permits to be obtained prior to work
commencing.

● 5 + 1 closed top spindle
● On the back side of the property there is a wooden fence that will be taken down,
removed and replaced with a new fence. 48' across the back side facing the parking lot.
It will then corner back towards the house (on the inside of the rock line) for 8' before an
8' double drive gate will be installed. 40' after the gate(s) before the fence ends adjacent
to the stairs.
