Martini & Sons General Construction will be performing work at 95 Boston
St, Salem Ma 01970
The scope of work will include the 3rd-floor bathroom gutted and remodeled.
We will be adding a dormer and three windows to provide proper ceiling head
height for the new bathroom.
On the 2nd floor, the scope of work will include the installation of a new section of base
cabinets, backsplash, countertops, and a new sink.
The Price to Complete this work will be 50,000 Paid in increments of 33% on a set
schedule decided by home owner and contractor
