(R2 Zoning District) for a Variance per Section 5.1.8 Required Parking Spaces and a Special Permit per Section
3.3.2 Nonconforming Uses of the Salem Zoning Ordinance to convert a nonconforming real estate office use to
a nonconforming restaurant use with zero (0) parking spaces where eighteen (18)parking spaces are required.
The Board will hold the public hearing remotely on Wednesday,December 17,2025,at 6:30 PM.The agenda
and meeting link will be posted to the City Calendar and online at Saleinma.gov/877/Zoiiiiip-Board-Of-
Appeals by December 12,2025.The City is authorized to conduct remote meetings of its public bodies
through special acts of the Massachusetts State Legislature.
