Reference is made to letter of March 25 , 1976 from
Board of Health requesting De Iulis Brothers Construc-
tion Co. , Inc . cease dumping on Mooney Road .
Pursuant to our conversation this date with your Mr.
Richard Morton we are requesting permission to conti-
nue to dump solid. fill at said site . We will stockpile
fill at top of slope and. will not encroach beyond bot-
tom of present slope until we obtain formal approval
from the Conservation Commission.
We are in the process of filing the Notice of Intent.
