Review of the plans indicates only one proposed catch basin, located along the railroad spur. This basin has not been fitted with a hood; however, the need for any discrete oil and grease separation system is questionable on the basis that the valve chamber itself is a trap. The usual application of such traps is in parking areas, where crank case oil and gasoline are the expected pollutants. No source of non- soluble pollutants exists along the spur, as the solvent house is part of an independent solvent- recovery system. 6.
