Lappin Park: Request from Gulu Gulu Café to use a portion of the park for an Artist Pop-Up event to showcase local artists and their work on Sunday, May 25, 2025 from 11am to 6pm. 2. 288 Derby Street: Small Project Review – Review of DRB Recommendation of the proposal to construct a new accessible ramp, landing deck, and other site improvements on the north side of the Salem Wax Museum building.
