Native Spaces Project: Review of project proposal to temporarily place 2’ x 2’ round ‘mural medallions’ on sidewalks at up to 35 locations throughout the Downtown in the form of exterior grade removable foil ground stickers 2. 227 Essex Street: Small Project Review: Review of DRB Recommendation for the proposed changes to the replacement bay window 3. 177 Essex Street: Small Project Review – Review of DRB Recommendation for the proposed facade painting 4. 301 Essex Street: Final Design Review – Review of the DRB Recommendation for the construction of a three and one-half story addition above the existing building (known as Jerry’s Army & Navy Store) with twenty (20) residential units and twelve (12) onsite parking spaces and located inside the building at the first-floor rear with retail space fronting on Essex Street. There will be eight (8) parking spaces provided offsite.
