Please be advised that we will be completing numbers 1, 2, 5, 6, within the next week (weather permitting). Unfortunately, circumstances did not allow us to do the exterior painting and repairs as planned. God willing, it will be the first job completed in the spring. Missing gutters and downspouts front of building. 2. Remove or replace window shutters. 3. Secure all loose window molding. 4. Replace rotted wood molding with proper material (no patching with metal) . 5. Secure loose roof shingles rear of building. 6. Secure or replace loose gutters rear of building. 7. Repair exterior deck as required in rear of building. 8. Secure all loose siding on structure and maintain. 9. Replace garage doors (unsafe condition) Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of this letter, to inform us as to what course of action you will take to rectify these violation.
