We are in receipt of your letter of November 5, 1997; a compaint of the exterior of 100
Federal Street.
Please be advised that we will be completing numbers 1, 2, 5, 6, within the next week
(weather permitting).
Unfortunately, circumstances did not allow us to do the exterior painting and repairs as
planned. God willing, it will be the first job completed in the spring.
I hope this is acceptable.

Dear Owners:
Due to a complaint received by the Neighborhood Improvement Task Force, I
conducted an inspection and found the following violations:
1. Missing gutters and downspouts front of building.
2. Remove or replace window shutters.
3. Secure all loose window molding.
4. Replace rotted wood molding with proper material (no patching
with metal) .
5. Secure loose roof shingles rear of building.
6. Secure or replace loose gutters rear of building.
7. Repair exterior deck as required in rear of building.
8. Secure all loose siding on structure and maintain.
9. Replace garage doors (unsafe condition)
Please notify this department within fifteen (15) days upon receipt of
this letter, to inform us as to what course of action you will take to rectify
these violation. Failure to do so will result in legal action being taken
against you.

Information on file in this Department indicates that the
above referenced property is a three (3) Family Dwelling and
has been for the last (30) years or so.
The Zoning Map of 1955, shows the property is an "Apartment
House District."
The use as a Three Family Dwelling may be continued under the
current Zoning Ordinance. :
