Dear Owners,
I have been asked if the property above bis a legal three unit building. Our zoning records indicate that it is a
legal non conforming three unit building.
I have also been asked if there exists a buildable lot that fronts on Loring Avenue. Currently there is only one
lot#32-0080 that contains 13,506 square feet and the three unit building is on the Charles Street side.A
subdivision would be required as well as zoning relief to create two separate lots. The Loring Avenue side of
the lot has a zoning line(B-1 and R-2)which further complicates a subdivision. My recommendation would be
that any interested parties consult a land use Attorney to discuss this matter.
