Dear Mr. Thompson:
This letter is intended to document existing conditions adjacent to the carnage house on
neighboring property prior to reconstruction of the building. The excavation for
construction of the new foundation will temporarily encroach a few feet onto: (1)the
driveway at 4 Dearborn Street; and(2)the parking lot at the rear of 136 North Street.
Both locations are paved. The paved driveway at 4 Dearborn is heavily cracked and in
fair condition. The parking area at 136 North Street is in good condition with no
cracking. Photos of both locations are attached.
