The Variance would allow three (3) stories where 2.5 stories exist. The Special Permits would allow conversion of a two-family house into a three-family house (3.3.2) and extension of the roof and staircase within the property’s rear, side, and front setbacks (3.3.3). The Board will hold the public hearing remotely on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at 6:30 PM.
