Good Morning Ben, the Board made the following requests for the next regular meeting on November
19:
1. Update the dimensional table to reflect an increase in the height of the house.
2. Redesign the house's roof to decrease the impact of changes on the neighborhood.
3. Finalize and provide more detail for the elevation plans so the Board can review clear plans.
I have attached the Cambridge dormer guidelines that the Chair has previously recommended for similar
requests. I can guarantee the Board has the time to review new information if submitted by Noon on
November 12. Please let me know if you have any questions.
