11 Felt Street Zoning Application Amendment AMENDMENT TO ZONING APPLICATION FOR ADU

Applicant Meredith Flanagan hereby amends her Application as to the relief requested, as
follows:
1. Finding under the current ADU Ordinance based upon a finding by a majority of the
Zoning Board that the ADU as specified in the Plot Plan and construction plans filed
will be no more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing garage structure.
2. Dimensional Variances as follow:
(1) 2,798 Sf lot area per dwelling unit where 7,500 SF per dwelling unit are required
(2) side yard width of 4.12 feet where 5 feet are required
(3) rear yard width of 3.96 feet where 5 feet are required
(4) distance between any structure of 7.6 feet where 10 feet are required
The grounds for these variances are as recited in the Petition.
