On the same day condensation was observed on bedroom sliding doors on the right. On November 18, 2025, the inspector returned with Stephen Casey, Jr.,the Regional Public Health Trainer, to inspect the windows and sliding doors further. It was determined the glass panes in the windows and sliding doors were intact at the time. It was also determined that while there was some air flow around the living room window in the top middle and top left corner areas, exterior wind did not appear to enter through these areas.Also, it was noted that there was caulking and felt weather stripping added around the edges of the sliding doors and the sliding doors'frame by the occupant. No condensation was observed on the sliding doors'glass at this time. The inspector advises the property owner and property manager to monitor the windows and sliding doors for deterioration. Either adjust the door or provide weather stripping for this door so that the gap between the bottom of the door and the floor is no longer large enough to allow the entry of pests.
