It has come to the building department's attention that at some point a third-floor balcony was
removed from the rear of the building and a door that once exited to the now-moved balcony still
exists and remains operational. This is deemed a fall hazard and an unsafe living condition. You
are directed to close the door opening to eliminate the fall hazard upon receipt of this notice.
Failure to comply will result in municipal ticketing
If you are aggrieved by this notice,your appeal is to the Board of Building Regulations and
Standards.
