You asked for C/o's for the above property that was constructed in 1973. We are unable to locate records of the C/Qs but I will go on
record that the Building has existed lawfully since 1973,and there is no question regarding the status of the property. There have been
many inspections and different permits pulled over the last 47 years and there are currently no outstanding violations. As we
discussed,we will be issuing new certificates of occupancy's as you reoccupy the renovated units. Sorry we are unable to find the
