Previously,I wrote to you regarding the location of the dumpster at 120 Washington Street.The dumpster
is obstructing the sidewalk.The Dumpster needs to be relocated or downsized.The dumpster also violates
City of Salem Dumpster Ordinance 24-23.I have enclosed a copy of this ordinance for your review.
I failed to provide you with this copy the last time I wrote to you. Please read the Ordinance and contact
this office within ten days of receipt of this letter.Failure to comply with this Ordinance carries a fine of
one hundred dollars per day.Thank You in advance for your anticipated cooperation in this matter.
