In the yard is an old shed that is in very bad shape. Because of the poor condition, this department under the authority of State Building Code 780 CMR, Section 121.1 is declaring the shed an unsafe structure. You are directed to begin removal of this structure ofto begin working on repairs within twenty-four (24) hours of this notice. I have enclosed a copy of this section of the building code.
