Dear Mr. Bahal: Following up on a neighborhood complaint, I inspected the exterior of your property located at 11 Rear March Street. In the yard is an derelict wood shed. The roof in partially collapsed and whole structure is in danger of collapse. Because of the poor condition, this Department under the authority of MGL 143, State Building Code 780 CMR, Section 121.1 is declaring the shed an unsafe structure. You are directed to employ sufficient labor speedily to make the structure safe or remove it. You have unit 12:00 noon on the day after receipt of this notice to begin either making the shed or remove it. I have enclosed a copy of this section of the building code. If you have any questions regarding this issue, please contact this office immediately.
