Dear Mr. &Mrs. Braz:
This department is again in receipt of several complaints regarding your above mentioned
property.
The State Building Code 780 CMR, Section 103 requires the owner of a structure to
maintain that structure.
You are directed to obtain a new building permit and finish up the exterior of your
building.
Additionally, you were contacted over a year ago to remove the wood debris from the
side yard.
Failure to comply with this order will result in a weekly ticket being issued by this
department. The fines will be a minimum of$75.00 to a maximum of$300.00 per week.
