Woods 31 Dearborn Street Salem, Ma. 01970 RE: 31 Dearborn Street Dear Jean: I'm in receipt of your letter dated February 16, 2001. I would like to clarify the issue of tenant separation. In order to use the third floor space, the rooms would have to be directly accessible from your unit. Leaving your unit and going into a common hallway to access the third floor is not a solution. The only practical way to use the third floor would be to connect the second and third floor units together. I hope this clarifies this Departments position. Sincerely, Thomas St. Pierre Local Building Inspector cc: Mayors Office Councilor Hayes
