1. There is no hand washing sinks in the front food service areas. Hand washing sinks must be
installed as follows: two hand sinks must be installed in the right foodservice area and one hand
wash sink must be installed in the left food service area.
2. There is no hand washing sink in the three bay sink ware washing area. One hand wash sink must
be installed in this area.
