Dear Mr. YU
The August 21, 2018 inspection revealed that you currently have
four(4)residential and 1 commercial unit. Your building is a non-conforming
four(4)unit—(3residential and 1 commercial). You have added an additional
residential unit with no record of building or other permits for the necessary
zoning board relief to construct another unit.
You are directed to cease the use of the additional unit and to secure necessary
Building,Plumbing and Electrical Permits to remove the illegal unit. Failure to comply
will result in municipal code tickets and further enforcement actions. If you wish to
appeal the zoning issue, your appeal is to the Salem Zoning Board of Appeals.
