On January 22"d 2019 I conducted an inspection for code violation 780 C.M.R.
Section 1008.2. At this time I was denied access to a locked door in the basement.
Therefor a required inspection is scheduled for Monday February 25`h at 9:30 a.m.
Per Mass State Building Code 780 C.M.R. section R 104.1 and under the provisions
Of 780 CMR, section 104.6- Right of Entry, of the State Building code, access to the
property must be granted for the purposes of this inspection.
You are hereby directed to contact this office immediately upon receipt of this
letter. Failure to respond to this notification will be construed as non-compliance
which will result in municipal code tickets and further enforcement actions.
