Simson, P.E., I directly supervised the preparation of design plans and construction documents for The Cogswell Condominium, in addition, we observed the construction in progress at regular periodic intervals, from July 1987 through January 1988, This letter is to certify that we made our final inspection of Unit No. 7 of the above-referenced project upon the substantial completion of its construction. It is my professional opinion that Unit No. 7 was built in accordance with our construction documents. Moreover, I find that the unit was constructed in accordance with the current Mass.
