Simson, P.E., I directly supervised the preparation of design plans and construction documents for The Cogswell Condominium; in addition, we observed the construction in progress at regular periodic intervals, from July 1987 through January 1988. This letter is to certify that we made our rough inspection of Unit No. 2 of the above-referenced project at the appropriate time during its construction. It is my professional opinion that the rough framing was satisfactorily completed in accordance with our construction documents. Moreover, I find that Unit No. 2 was constructed in accordance with the current Mass.
