Mr. St Pierre,
I visually inspected the structure located at 32 Ord Street in Salem Ma. on the morning of
September 6, 2017. This is a stand alone structure that appears to have once been used as
a garage. The structure has been exposed to the elements for some time now and has
considerable decay and is structurally unsound. This structure is open and unsecured and
poses a danger to anyone who may find themselves inside or around the structure.
This structure is considered unsafe by this department and we urge you to take the
appr riate actions to remedy this situation immediately.
