The home is being used as an illegal three family home. This home needs to be turned back into a two family. You are hereby directed to contact this office immediately upon receipt of this letter. Failure to respond to this notification will be construed as non-compliance,and as such an Administrative Search Warrant will be sought, so as to allow the lawful inspection of this property. If you feel you are aggrieved by my zoning interpretation,your Appeal is to the Salem Zoning Board of Appeals.
